IMPROVING STUDENTS’ WRITING DESCRIPTIVE TEXT THROUGH THINK-PAIR-SHARE TECHNIQUE

Writing is troublesome to be learned and taught for some students. One technique that can used in teaching writing TPS. The research was conducted SMP Plus Nurulhidayah Pasundan. researchers identify problems, such as: 1) Does using TPS improve the students’ creativity?, 2) How learning situation when implemented class?. Classroom Action Research this research. From result of pre-test, we found under average still far from what expected. finding supported by scores. score pre test 47.1. After implementation activities every cycle, were getting better. It seen Cycle 1 51.8 2 71.09 concluded creativity classroom into a better situation. Keywords: Think Pair Share, Skill, CAR
